.::United Stunting Freeroam::. Build 2

New:-
-/thanks cmd to see our Thank-able members
-New type of setting in /cmds or /commands
-added Credits and Thanks to /cmds

Bugs:-
-Partially fixed the Cbug (we weren't able to cbug in the server)
-Fixed the the /r cmd showing wrong stuff
-most of the ls and sf glitches
-Houses were not enter able in sf in some areas as i saw today
-All the bugs i was reported.

Many Things more were added and removed and Fixed in build 2
