Jishan's demotion. Empty Jishan's demotion.

Inactive admins will be demoted as i said and Now jishan is inactive which i dont think is good  am not forcing him to stay active here for ever but he should have joined day wise like 2 days in a months it will be okay but he is really kind of strange inactive so my action/order is that he will be demoted from Co-Owner/Server Manager level 4 to level 2 Special admin.

My Order is my action.
